When problems arise, you will diagnose and resolve faults, collaborate closely with process engineers, equipment specialists, machinists and lab personnel, and interpret original equipment manufacturer repair documents while keeping the workspace organized according to 5S principles. The role requires proven competence in operating the mentioned coating technologies and robotic systems, the ability to maintain and troubleshoot the associated machinery, and familiarity with reading technical drawings and OEM repair manuals. Candidates must be able to work in a clean, structured environment and hold either an EU passport, a Swiss passport or a valid Swiss work permit, as mandated by local immigration rules.
