As a Global Clinical Artwork Manager at Roche, you will join the Production Enablement team inside Global Clinical Supply Chain Management. Roche's mission is to prevent, stop and cure disease while ensuring worldwide access to health care. In this temporary two‑year role you will act as the central hub linking internal functions, external suppliers and regulatory contacts to create compliant labeling for clinical trials. Your everyday work will involve designing and overseeing clinical label artwork for a worldwide portfolio of investigational medicinal products, whether produced at Roche sites or by contract manufacturers. You will manage the full label lifecycle, from initial request through approval and final delivery, covering booklet, single‑panel and shelf‑life‑extension labels. Collaboration is key: you will work closely with Clinical Study Planning, global manufacturing groups, external vendors and a global network of regulatory label representatives. You will also troubleshoot label‑creation issues, keep master data and documentation up to date, and run performance reviews with external booklet suppliers to drive continuous improvement. Supporting new packaging technologies by coordinating development and testing with vendors is also part of the remit. To succeed, you need a university degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biopharmaceuticals, Supply Chain Management or a closely related discipline. At least three years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical or clinical supply‑chain arena is required, together with solid knowledge of supply‑chain operations, clinical packaging processes and the relevant regulatory and cGMP standards. Excellent English communication skills, strong negotiation, problem‑solving and the ability to collaborate across cultures are essential. You must be adaptable, proactive in organizing work and capable of handling shifting priorities while applying Lean principles to improve processes. Familiarity with enterprise resource planning tools such as SAP ERP or dedicated label‑creation software is considered a valuable addition. The position is a fixed‑term contract lasting two years, offering the chance to contribute to a global network that supports life‑saving clinical trials and to grow within Roche's inclusive, innovative culture. What the role asks for: - University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biopharmaceuticals, Supply Chain Management or related field - Minimum 3 years experience in pharma, biopharma or clinical supply chain - Knowledge of pharma supply chain operations and regulatory/cGMP standards - Fluent English with strong communication abilities - Proven negotiation, problem‑solving and cross‑cultural collaboration skills - Adaptable, proactive organizer managing dynamic priorities - Familiarity with SAP ERP or specialized label creation software (nice-to-have)
