Associate/Senior Associate - Marketing Operations Specialist

PwC is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join its Marketing Operations team in Switzerland, supporting the firm’s brand and communications function. The role sits within a group that ensures marketing initiatives are planned, executed and continuously refined, helping the firm grow revenue, raise its profile and capture new business through digital and traditional channels. On a daily basis you will manage the rollout of marketing programmes across campaigns, client events, website and email channels, guaranteeing quality and timeliness. You will act as a hub linking business stakeholders, marketers, offshore delivery partners and other operations specialists to create smooth delivery experiences. The position also involves championing the use of Adobe Workfront and related tools to boost visibility and efficiency, refining processes and governance, building dashboards and operational metrics, and monitoring service performance to spot improvement opportunities. The ideal candidate brings three to five years of experience in marketing operations, coordination or a similar field, with a proven track record using workflow and project‑management platforms, preferably Adobe Workfront. A solid understanding of event, email, web‑content, campaign and thought‑leadership processes is required, as is experience coordinating cross‑functional and distributed teams. Strong analytical abilities for reporting and metric development, a structured and proactive work style, and fluent communication in both English and German are essential. Additional strengths such as analytical thinking, brand management, digital marketing, data storytelling and creative design are valued.
