Rotzinger Transver AG delivers customized conveying, handling and storage equipment for the food industry from its headquarters in Altendorf on Lake Zurich and a second site in Kaiseraugst. As a member of the Coesia group, a worldwide network of 21 companies operating in 34 countries, the firm relies on roughly 120 specialists to design, calculate, test and install bespoke solutions. The opening is for a full‑time Project Manager (m/w/x) who will take charge of storage and conveyor projects from the implementation stage through to final hand‑over. In this position you will act as the single point of contact for customers, internal project teams, partners and subcontractors. Daily duties include preparing technical and requirement specifications, coordinating assembly, commissioning, start‑up and test runs, and supervising the final acceptance process. Close collaboration with the sales department is required during the concluding phase of each project, and you will also represent the company directly to the client throughout the engagement. The role demands a completed technical education in mechanical engineering or electrical/automation engineering, complemented by further study as an HF technician or FH engineer. Proven experience in managing projects and leading teams is essential, as is several years of involvement in international plant‑engineering assignments, preferably within the food sector. Candidates must communicate fluently in both written and spoken English and German, demonstrate strong 3D‑CAD capabilities, and be prepared to travel occasionally both domestically and abroad. A high degree of personal responsibility, independent work style and solid teamwork skills are also required.
