Corporate Actions Income Specialist 100% (f/m/d)

Julius Baer, the leading Swiss wealth‑management group, is looking for a Corporate Actions Income Specialist to join its Operations function. The role supports the firm’s global client base by safeguarding the flow of dividend and interest payments, tax recoveries and related reconciliations across markets. On a daily basis you will ensure that interest and dividend events are processed accurately and on time, supervise tax‑refund procedures in multiple jurisdictions, and reconcile any security or cash mismatches. You will also identify and handle securities‑lending and borrowing positions, correspond with counterparties, process both internal and external payments, and manage the service mailbox and hotline with prompt, client‑focused responses. The position requires a strong sense of responsibility, independence and precision, together with resilience and flexibility. You must be able to work well in a team, demonstrate reliability and possess excellent spoken and written German and English. A banking apprenticeship, basic commercial training or a high‑school diploma—ideally complemented by banking experience—is essential, as is solid knowledge of securities, with administrative‑transaction experience considered an advantage. Julius Baer offers a truly international environment, with its headquarters in Zurich and offices in more than 60 cities worldwide. Employees benefit from flat hierarchies, supportive leadership and flexible working options, alongside a strong focus on health, well‑being and continuous career development. The firm’s culture of Care, Passion and Excellence creates a collaborative atmosphere for motivated professionals.
