Lombard Odier, a globally recognised wealth and asset manager with a strong emphasis on sustainable investing, is seeking a Business Transformation Manager for its Operations division. The firm, independently owned and among the best‑capitalised banking groups worldwide, manages close to CHF 300 billion and operates from more than 25 offices across four continents. The role sits within the Operations Transformation Office, a small, highly visible team tasked with delivering the Operations 2030 strategy that aims to make the organisation more scalable, efficient, data‑driven and future‑ready. In this position you will translate strategic ambitions into concrete results. Daily tasks involve steering key initiatives on the Operations 2030 roadmap from planning through to rollout, coordinating complex, cross‑functional programmes that bring together Operations, Technology, the Data Office, HR and Control functions. You will set up and maintain governance structures, steering committees and executive reporting, while continuously tracking milestones, risks, dependencies and value creation. The job also requires challenging existing processes, proposing simplifications, and supporting the adoption of digital, data, automation and AI‑related changes across the bank. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in business transformation, consulting, programme management or a comparable operational leadership role within financial services. You must combine strong analytical capabilities with the ability to influence and drive change, and demonstrate a track record of delivering tangible outcomes on large, cross‑functional projects. Robust stakeholder‑management skills, credibility at senior levels, a structured and pragmatic problem‑solving approach, and excellent communication and presentation abilities are essential. Familiarity with governance frameworks, portfolio management and executive‑level reporting, as well as advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, are required. Fluency in both English and French and residence in Switzerland, or a willingness to relocate, are also mandatory. Experience within banking operations or financial services, exposure to operating‑model transformation programmes, and a background in digital transformation, process optimisation, automation, data governance or AI initiatives are considered strong advantages.
