Project Planner/Scheduler (m/f/d) - Data Centers

The main day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining and monitoring the master plan schedule, preparing and monitoring tasks to ensure project requirements are met, and integrating various contract packages into the master plan schedule. The role also involves reviewing contractor-submitted schedules, preparing progress reports, and developing project control procedures. Additionally, the Project Planner/Scheduler will interact with contractors, verify project data, develop mitigation plans, and assess extension of time claims. Site logistic planning and preparing micro-management schedules for critical work elements are also part of the job. To qualify for this role, candidates must have several years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects. Experience in the Data Center sector is preferred. Excellent command of English is required, with French language skills being preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to develop good working relationships with the project team. The role requires tenacity and drive to inject value and create solutions.
