Associate Director, Global HR Operations (Bangkok Based -Relocation provided)

Agoda, a global travel platform that connects millions of guests with hotels, flights and experiences, is looking for an Associate Director to head its People Services & Help Desk function. The role sits within the People Team, which focuses on attracting, developing and retaining talent across a diverse, worldwide workforce. In this position you will steer the front‑line support model that assists employees and managers with everyday HR queries, onboarding, benefits, mobility and other lifecycle matters. You will also oversee the self‑service knowledge base and guide the specialist Global People Relations Services team that handles more sensitive issues such as performance concerns, investigations and disciplinary actions. The job involves setting service standards, monitoring key performance indicators, managing capacity during peak periods and ensuring smooth hand‑offs between tiers of support. Candidates must bring proven leadership experience in delivering HR or People services at scale, with a track record of building reliable, insight‑driven support structures. Strong judgment, systems thinking and the ability to collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal and Compliance are essential. Experience managing teams that provide Tier 1 assistance and handling complex employee‑relations cases is required. The role is based in Bangkok, with relocation assistance offered to those moving from elsewhere.
