The role of Assistant Manager / Manager Audit & Assurance Financial Services, Banking & Asset Management is based in Bern or Zürich. The main responsibilities include leading financial audits and regulatory compliance checks for national and international banks and financial service providers, including FinTech companies. This involves using standards like OR, IFRS, and Swiss GAAP FER. Additionally, the role includes conducting internal audits and special examinations, supporting consulting projects in areas such as risk management, compliance, and project management, and developing audit tools and training programs. The position also involves leading project teams, coaching, and contributing to the development of the Banking & Asset Management team. To qualify, candidates must have 4-6 years of relevant experience in auditing and regulatory compliance for FINMA-regulated institutions. A completed or near-completed qualification as an eidg. dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer/-in is required. Strong motivation and a desire to advance in a leading role within a dynamic and innovative environment are essential. Experience in consulting, risk management, and project management is beneficial. Proficiency in German and English is mandatory, with French being an additional asset. Experience in team leadership and business development is also advantageous.
