Cocktail Crew Member

The position of Cocktail Crew Member places you at the heart of a bustling Greek hotel’s social hub, where the focus is as much on creating a lively atmosphere as on serving drinks. You will join a bar service team that caters to guests enjoying a holiday setting, with music, sea breezes and evenings that range from relaxed to energetic. Each day begins with setting up the bar: arranging glassware, checking stock levels and refreshing your knowledge of cocktail standards before opening. Your core duties involve preparing and presenting both alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, keeping the bar station tidy, and coordinating with service staff and the kitchen as needed. Whether the night is calm or fast‑paced, you are expected to remain professional and manage the flow of orders smoothly. The role requires a solid foundation in bar work or relevant experience, including the ability to craft common cocktails, operate bar equipment and perform under time pressure. You must be able to communicate in English and demonstrate confidence, reliability and a composed demeanor. Prior professional experience is advantageous, though private or seasonal bar work also meets the criteria. Living and working in Greece for the season comes with accommodation and meals provided, and all necessary EU paperwork arranged in advance. You will work full‑time, typically five to six days a week, close to the hotel, alongside colleagues from various countries. The experience offers international bar exposure, enhanced communication skills and confidence in high‑pressure service, all within a vibrant holiday environment.
