Group Financial Performance Management & Planning - Graduate

Swiss Re is seeking a Graduate for Group Financial Performance Management & Planning. The company is a leading reinsurance firm, and the role involves contributing to financial decision-making at the highest levels. The graduate will work closely with the Group CFO, Group CEO, and the Board of Directors, providing insights that influence management decisions. The main responsibilities include analyzing Swiss Re's financial performance, identifying key trends, and contributing to financial planning. The graduate will also analyze competitors, financial markets, and investor perspectives to understand Swiss Re's performance relative to its peers. Additionally, the role involves developing insights and materials for senior management and collaborating across various departments, including Finance, Investor Relations, Strategy, and Business Units. To qualify, candidates must have a Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. They should have strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, and excellent written and spoken English. German language skills are an advantage. Candidates must also demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Nice-to-have skills include professional experience in consulting, finance, and/or (re)insurance.
