Training Manager

Kanadevia Inova is a worldwide leader in waste‑to‑X technologies, turning discarded material into energy, hydrogen, fertilizer and other valuable products. As the Training Manager you will shape how clients learn to operate and maintain these advanced Waste‑to‑X, Renewable Gas and Power‑to‑X plants, ensuring safe and efficient performance of the equipment. Your daily work will involve overseeing the full lifecycle of client training projects, from defining scope and schedule to delivering results within budget and quality standards. You will design custom training concepts and produce a range of learning assets such as interactive modules, online courses, graphics and animations. Coordination with clients, project teams, suppliers, commissioning crews, operations staff, technical specialists and translation partners is essential, as is delivering classroom, hands‑on and virtual sessions for shift leaders, operators and maintenance crews. The role also includes about three months of international site travel each year and continuous improvement of training methods, support for tender and budget work, and contribution to the internal Academy. The position requires a solid technical foundation, specifically a degree in mechanical, electrical or process engineering, or an equivalent qualification, combined with deep process‑engineering knowledge. You must have demonstrable experience in plant operation or commissioning, preferably within interdisciplinary, multinational projects. Strong expertise in training design and content creation is essential, as is the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, motivating learning experiences while coaching less‑experienced colleagues. Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills are mandatory, together with fluency in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Visio, and a client‑focused, proactive problem‑solving attitude are also required.
