Mapping Data Collection Driver

As a Mapping Data Collection Driver for TSMG in Freiburg im Breisgau, you will drive a vehicle fitted with high‑precision GNSS and imaging sensors to gather geospatial data that feeds the company's mapping platform. Your daily work involves planning the assigned routes, driving them while monitoring data quality in real time, and uploading the collected datasets to the central system. The position offers a dynamic environment with varied routes and a direct contribution to up‑to‑date, high‑resolution maps used in urban planning, logistics and environmental projects. The role demands a valid driver's licence, at least one year of experience in field data collection or GIS‑related work, strong navigation abilities and careful attention to detail. Familiarity with GIS software and basic sensor‑troubleshooting are considered advantageous.
