Graphic designer - Remote

Micro1 is seeking a Graphic Designer to work remotely on a customer project. The company focuses on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows. The role involves using professional design expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated creative outputs, providing high-quality human feedback for AI training. The main responsibilities include completing structured creative tasks using various design tools, evaluating AI-generated designs for quality, usability, and realism, and reviewing creative outputs against professional design standards. The role also involves providing detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content, as well as documenting observations and recommending improvements to creative workflows and tool usage. To qualify, candidates must have prior paid experience in human-data work for AI models. Experience using AI tools to create content does not meet this requirement. Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, and Milanote is essential. Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of professional creative workflows and quality standards are also required.
