Swissquote Account Payable Officer (40-50%)

Swissquote is seeking a part‑time Account Payable Officer for its Finance Department in Gland. The role sits within a growing banking group and reports to the Responsible Accounting Team, offering a permanent contract with a 40‑50 % workload. The daily work centers on handling supplier accounts: entering invoices, securing the required approvals, and executing payments while ensuring timely and accurate processing. You will reconcile AP‑related ledger items, address any mismatches, and work with other departments to clear invoice issues. Additional duties include managing corporate credit‑card reconciliations, monitoring overhead costs, supporting month‑end close activities, and contributing to ad‑hoc reports. The position also involves maintaining up‑to‑date process documentation and providing guidance to apprentices, alongside assorted general accounting and administrative tasks. Candidates must hold a CFC or an equivalent accounting diploma and bring at least three years of comparable experience, preferably within a bank. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is required, as is fluency in both French and English for oral and written communication. Familiarity with the Ivalua procurement system is considered advantageous.
