The company is seeking a Head Global SCM Demand & Capacity Management to lead its global Demand & Capacity Management organization. The main responsibilities include driving the global Sales & Operations Planning process, ensuring its continuous development and harmonization. The role involves aligning demand, capacity, and business requirements to enable effective planning and execution. Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Purchasing, and Finance is essential. The position also focuses on enhancing planning performance through data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement. Candidates must have a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant field. Several years of leadership experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning, Operations, or related areas are required. Proven experience in Sales & Operations, Integrated Business Planning, and Demand & Capacity planning is essential. Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving capabilities are necessary, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-have skills include a proactive and communicative approach, with a passion for working in cross-functional and interdisciplinary teams.
