Word Expert - Remote

Our client, a provider of AI training services, seeks a seasoned Business Document Specialist to work remotely. The assignment is fully remote, allowing flexible scheduling while staying aligned with the global project timeline. The role centers on crafting authentic business situations, producing polished deliverables, and judging the quality of AI‑generated outputs. Day‑to‑day tasks involve assembling financial models, executive decks, proposals, reports and analytical briefs using Excel, PowerPoint and Word; testing AI responses, offering clear improvement notes, and collaborating with the project crew to keep documentation standards high. The team operates in a fast‑paced, data‑driven setting, and the role reports to the AI‑training lead. Candidates need at least three years of professional experience in finance, consulting, healthcare, technology, retail or similar sectors, deep command of the Microsoft Office suite, proven ability in financial modelling and data analysis, strong written and spoken communication, meticulous attention to detail and solid analytical thinking. Prior exposure to Fortune 500 environments or to prompt‑engineering and AI‑evaluation tools is considered a plus.
