Service Delivery Manager / MSP Administrator

The role is for an MSP Solutions Architect, tasked with designing, building, and launching a new Managed Services offering. The company is focused on delivering managed services. The main day-to-day responsibilities include selecting, architecting, and configuring the core MSP toolset, such as Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) and Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms. The role also involves defining and implementing standardized service catalogs, backup strategies, and security frameworks. Additionally, the architect will create technical blueprints, discovery checklists, and automation scripts for client onboarding. Evaluating, negotiating, and integrating third-party vendor solutions, including cloud providers and cybersecurity tools, is also part of the job. The must-have requirements include a minimum of 5 years of technical experience in a mature MSP environment, with proven experience in building or optimizing RMM/PSA tools.
