The main responsibilities of the Trade Marketing Coordinator include administrative and logistic support, inventory management, and SAP order processing. This role involves creating, stocking, and distributing marketing materials, maintaining accurate records of all materials, and managing orders for global markets. The coordinator will also assist with export/import documents, handle supplier accounts, and manage administrative requests from markets. Additionally, the role requires preparing weekly backorder reports and following up with suppliers on delivery schedules. To excel in this role, candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in a comparable position and a bachelor's degree or higher education diploma. Proficiency in SAP and strong organizational skills are essential. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in aesthetics, design, and fashion, along with robust analytical capabilities and effective communication skills. Fluency in English and French is required, with additional language skills in Italian or German being a plus.
