Salesforce Platform & Engagement Manager

The Salesforce Platform & Engagement Manager at AstraZeneca in Baar will oversee the design, configuration, and ongoing enhancement of the company's Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves coordinating with various teams to develop scalable solutions that support both commercial and clinical operations. The manager will serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and technical developers, converting requirements into user stories, managing sprint execution, and ensuring data integrity and compliance across all modules. The main responsibilities include leading the design and configuration of the Salesforce ecosystem, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data integrity and compliance. The role also involves translating business requirements into user stories and overseeing the execution of sprints. The role requires at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, specifically in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Health Cloud. Proven project management expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and strong communication skills in both English and German are essential. Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Administrator are highly desirable. A background in life sciences or pharma, with a track record of driving digital transformation in a regulated environment, is also required.
