Nespresso, the global coffee specialist known for its innovative machines and capsules, is looking for an Industrialisation Project Manager to steer the industrialisation of new coffee‑machine concepts from early development to full commercial launch. Based in Romont, Switzerland, you will join a permanent, onsite team that shapes how millions of coffee lovers experience the brand. In this role you will own the complete delivery chain for machine projects, crafting and monitoring project plans, budgets, milestones and technical reviews to meet schedule, quality and scale targets. You will work closely with product development, procurement, quality, supply‑chain, marketing, commercial teams and external manufacturers, removing obstacles and aligning priorities. Your focus will be on turning complex product designs into reliable, scalable manufacturing processes that boost efficiency and performance, while actively managing technical, operational and supply risks. Continuous‑improvement and standardisation initiatives will also be part of your remit to enhance long‑term manufacturing capability. Success requires strong international experience in industrialising and launching complex products or technologies, coupled with advanced project‑management skills that keep stakeholders aligned and objectives met. You must possess solid knowledge of product development, industrial standards, manufacturing processes and continuous‑improvement methods. Effective collaboration across functions, cultures and organisational levels, and the ability to build trusted internal and external partnerships, are essential. Fluency in English and the confidence to influence a diverse, international audience are also mandatory. The position offers a full‑time onsite work model in Romont with a permanent contract and an immediate start date. Nespresso supports flexible working options, including hybrid arrangements for office‑based roles, and provides generous paid holidays, performance‑based bonuses, healthcare contributions, a robust pension plan, extensive parental‑leave benefits and employee discounts. The company promotes learning and development, a strong safety culture and an inclusive hiring process, ensuring a supportive environment for personal and professional growth. What the role asks for: - International industrialisation and manufacturing expertise for complex products - Advanced project management skills to drive execution - Knowledge of product development, standards, processes and continuous improvement - Strong cross‑functional collaboration and partnership building - Fluent English with confident stakeholder influence
