Hotel Room Care

The position of Hotel Room Care places you in a seasonal Greek resort where you help shape the environment guests enjoy during their holidays. The employer arranges your housing before you arrive and includes meals throughout the contract, allowing you to live where visitors stay and fully experience the season. Your daily duties involve readying guest rooms for each arrival, ensuring they are spotless, orderly, and fully stocked. Tasks include changing linens, refreshing bathrooms, replenishing supplies, and adhering to the hotel’s cleanliness standards. You follow a set schedule based on a room list, liaise with reception for early check‑ins or special requests, and operate as part of a coordinated team, handling both busy and quieter periods with equal care. The role favours candidates with prior housekeeping experience, yet the most critical qualities are reliability, meticulousness, and consistency. You must be comfortable with physically active work, stay organized, observe hygiene protocols, and communicate in basic English. These attributes are essential for delivering the level of service expected. The job is a full‑time, 5‑6‑day‑per‑week seasonal assignment with accommodation and meals provided on site, placing you close to work and the Mediterranean lifestyle. You will join an international team, gain valuable hotel experience abroad, and finish the season with proof of dependability and strong work discipline. If you appreciate structure, teamwork, and tangible results, this role offers a unique chance to contribute to guest satisfaction in a popular vacation destination.
