Staff DevSecOps Engineer

In this senior position you will steer the creation, deployment and upkeep of the organization’s DevSecOps platform, ensuring that code progresses safely from repository to production. Responsibilities include crafting reusable continuous‑integration pipelines, building infrastructure‑as‑code components, and providing self‑service tools that boost developer efficiency while upholding strict security standards. You will manage release processes, oversee dependency and supply‑chain protection, and champion the use of automation and AI‑driven workflows to cut manual effort. Mentoring engineers, setting engineering standards and collaborating with architecture, reliability, cloud operations and product teams are also key parts of the role. The role demands more than eight years of hands‑on production engineering experience, with recent leadership of large‑scale CI/CD systems and infrastructure‑as‑code implementations. Candidates must have a proven track record of embedding security controls—such as automated scanning, policy enforcement and vulnerability remediation—into delivery pipelines, and should possess strong scripting abilities that simplify complex operational tasks. Ideal applicants bring deep expertise in modern software supply‑chain safeguards, including artifact signing, SBOM generation and SLSA compliance, as well as experience designing internal developer platforms and self‑service capabilities. Familiarity with AI‑enhanced delivery, agentic automation, and intelligent workflow orchestration is valued, along with a passion for building secure, scalable, highly automated engineering ecosystems.
