Field Data Collection Specialist\Surveyor

Terry Soot Management Group (TSMG), established in 2017 in Europe, specializes in gathering on‑site information where machines cannot operate. The firm records counts, photographs, video, spoken notes and scans environments to help clients make better decisions, with teams operating throughout Europe and North America. The position involves joining a group of walkers‑surveyors in selected European locations. Each participant receives a specially designed backpack equipped with a top‑mounted camera and is tasked with moving between predetermined points inside a defined zone, capturing continuous footage of the surroundings to enrich visual and geographic datasets for digital map services. Applicants must be physically fit enough to walk roughly five to six hours each day, possess strong communication abilities, be detail‑oriented, and speak English at a minimum B1 level. A valid driver’s licence and the ability to travel are required. Prior experience in on‑site data gathering is helpful but not mandatory. The company offers paid instruction before the assignment begins, covers travel costs, data‑plan fees and SIM cards, and supplies all necessary gear. Workers also receive a recommendation letter highlighting their field experience, full managerial support and prospects for advancement. The role follows a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, with daily shifts lasting six to eight hours.
