Mid-Level Legal Assistant – Switzerland Representative Office

The company seeks a Mid‑Level Legal Assistant for its Switzerland Representative Office, located in Bern (with the option to work from Zurich). The assistant will independently manage routine legal tasks within a defined scope, ensuring high quality, consistency and efficiency. Regular duties also include performing standard legal reviews, supporting the drafting of legal opinions, gathering and organizing evidence for disputes, tracking case status, contributing to knowledge‑management initiatives, assisting with project retrospectives and other enablement activities. Success in this role requires the ability to work autonomously, coordinate with external counsel, and aid the Legal Affairs Supervisor in client communications, negotiations, contract assessments and internal training sessions.
