Senior Footwear Designer (100%)

INUIKII is an international footwear label that blends bold design with comfort, quality and functionality. As a Senior Footwear Designer you will partner with the Chief Creative Officer to shape seasonal shoe collections from the first idea through to the finished product, ensuring each piece reflects the brand's DNA while staying commercially viable. Your daily work will involve turning trends, cultural cues and market data into fresh footwear concepts, sketching and producing technical drawings, colourways, material palettes and detailed specifications. You will guide designs through prototype and sample stages, reviewing and correcting them, and work hand‑in‑hand with product developers, factories and suppliers to keep the original vision intact. Managing the assortment together with merchandising will require balancing core, carry‑over and statement pieces, analysing past performance and spotting new product family opportunities. Ongoing research of fashion, lifestyle and technology trends, plus proactive idea generation, will also be key. The role demands at least six to eight years of professional footwear design experience, preferably in premium or contemporary segments, and a strong portfolio that shows both creativity and commercial success. You must possess deep knowledge of shoe construction, materials, lasts, soles and manufacturing processes, as well as solid sketching and technical drawing skills. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is required, and you need a good grasp of costing, target pricing and production feasibility. Fluency in English is essential, and a solid understanding of the global footwear and fashion markets is expected. Additional assets include experience with 3‑D footwear design tools, a track record of working directly with European or Asian manufacturers, and competence in any extra language.
