The IT Project Manager & PMO Specialist role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of IT projects across the organization. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, as well as a strong understanding of IT infrastructures, applications, integrations, and operational environments, are essential. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar, and knowledge of project management frameworks like PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe, are also necessary. Nice-to-have skills include strong project planning, coordination, and organizational skills, as well as excellent risk, issue, and dependency management capabilities. The ability to create meaningful portfolio reporting and executive summaries, along with experience in budget management and resource planning, are also beneficial.
