Junior Programme Coordination Analyst - Home Based [Open to internal and external applicants]

The Junior Programme Coordination Analyst will join the United Nations Development Programme’s Joint Support Team that backs the Global Partnership for Effective Development Co‑operation (GPEDC). UNDP works in 166 nations, helping governments shape policies, institutions and collaborations that drive the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. The analyst will operate from a home‑based office and will be part of the Bureau for External Relations and Advocacy, supporting the final phase of the 2023‑2026 GPEDC Work Programme and the design of the 2027‑2030 agenda. Daily tasks revolve around providing substantive assistance for GPEDC initiatives and events. The role involves preparing and polishing concept notes, speaker invitations, biographies and other communication pieces, while gathering and integrating feedback from a wide range of stakeholders. The analyst will record meeting discussions, follow up on action items, and keep the GPEDC website and social channels up‑to‑date. In addition, the position leads outreach to speakers, coordinates logistics for high‑level meetings and Busan Forums, and helps steer the implementation of the Advocacy and Outreach Plan by engaging Steering Committee members.
