Retail Sales Associate - French Speaking

As a Retail Sales Associate for Harding+, you will sell premium and luxury brands while travelling the globe aboard a cruise ship. Harding+ is a leader in innovative onboard retail, partnering with cruise lines and brands to enhance the cruise experience and has been honoured as Cruise Retailer of the Year for 2022, 2023 and 2025. Your everyday duties will involve crafting memorable retail moments for guests, promoting a curated product range through in‑store events, and building deep product and brand knowledge. You will also be expected to beat sales targets and take part in special promotions such as fashion shows and presentations. The role requires a solid retail background with experience in premium or luxury goods, fluency in French, and outstanding face‑to‑face customer service and sales skills. You should be motivated to hit targets, able to showcase luxury items effectively, and comfortable working under pressure. A collaborative, goal‑driven attitude is essential. Living and working at sea means you will be based on a cruise ship that can call at ports worldwide, with accommodation and meals provided on board. The contract lasts up to six months, followed by a one‑to‑two‑month break at home.
