The Podsekretar will work closely with institutional care providers, other social welfare service providers, state bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure effective task execution. To qualify, candidates must have a completed university education, at least six years of work experience, and be citizens of the Republic of Slovenia. Proficiency in the official language and a clean legal record are also required. The role demands a high level of responsibility, analytical skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Nice-to-have skills include knowledge of social welfare, long-term care, and public administration. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are also beneficial. Experience in social welfare, long-term care, or public administration, as well as experience in preparing regulations, expert reports, or managing administrative procedures, is advantageous. Proficiency in English is a plus. The position is based in Ljubljana, offering a full-time role with a three-month probation period.
