Technical Product Manager - Ledger

The firm, founded in 2014 and headquartered in New York with offices worldwide, is looking for a Technical Product Manager, Ledger to help steer the evolution of the Canton protocol and validator node. In this position you will act as the bridge between the core protocol engineers and the broader technical community that relies on the ledger. Your daily work will involve gathering and prioritising the needs, problems and ideas of developers, maintaining the product roadmap and backlog, and overseeing release cycles. You will also become a subject‑matter expert on Canton's capabilities, produce documentation and marketing material, and liaise with other core teams and external contributors to keep development aligned with community expectations. The role requires a solid foundation in blockchain technology and a clear understanding of privacy‑focused blockchain solutions. You must be comfortable translating highly technical concepts into clear written and spoken communication. Experience with server‑side or backend products, including deployment, monitoring, non‑functional requirements and integration, is essential, as is a track record of at least five years in technical product management, program management or engineering management. Proven ability to coordinate projects that span multiple teams and stakeholders, together with excellent English communication skills, is also mandatory. The position is based in Zürich and expects the candidate to work on‑site.
