Assistant to Head IT / Team Assistant, 80% (ID2170)

Its IT unit supplies the technology backbone that keeps the organization’s digital environment running smoothly. The position of Assistant to Head IT / Team Assistant, based in Davos Platz, supports the department’s leadership on a permanent, 80 % contract. Day‑to‑day duties revolve around organising and streamlining the department’s administrative workflow. This includes handling internal and external meeting logistics, preparing presentations, workshops and reports, and keeping documentation, contact lists and governance material orderly. The role also serves as the main liaison between IT management, internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear communication, tracking actions and contributing to transparent stakeholder relationships. In addition, the assistant looks for process bottlenecks, suggests practical improvements, aids the rollout of digital tools and helps monitor cost and performance indicators, while supporting invoice tracking and budget visibility without holding financial responsibility. Candidates must hold a commercial or business‑administration qualification such as KV or HFW, with extra training in administration viewed favorably. At least four years of experience in a team‑assistant or comparable capacity is required, and prior work in an international setting or within an IT department is a plus.
