The role will steer the design, delivery and continuous improvement of learning initiatives that support GMP‑regulated manufacturing processes. On a daily basis the incumbent will assess organisational learning gaps together with line managers, craft curricula and produce instructional content, and run sessions ranging from classroom workshops to virtual classrooms and on‑the‑job coaching. They will also track the impact of programmes through surveys and assessments, keep detailed records of activities and participant progress, and guarantee that all materials comply with relevant regulations. Managing training venues, equipment and other resources efficiently, as well as using the company's Learning Management System to schedule, monitor and report on courses, forms a core part of the job. Staying updated on emerging training technologies and maintaining regular dialogue with senior staff about outcomes and challenges are also expected. The position requires solid knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice, ideally gained within a GMP‑regulated pharmaceutical setting. Candidates must have hands‑on experience in a manufacturing environment and a proven track record of delivering training. Strong organisational and project‑management skills are essential, together with familiarity with LMS platforms such as Cornerstone on Demand. Excellent communication abilities, both spoken and written, are mandatory, as is proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
