Implementation Manager

grape is an entrepreneurial health‑partner focused on modernising employee insurance. The company builds technology that links payroll and HR data to its platform, automating insurance claims and absence management for employers, doctors, HR and payroll teams. As an Implementation Manager you will own the technical rollout of grape connect, the data‑standard that connects customers’ systems to the grape ecosystem, guiding projects from feasibility studies through to live operation. Your daily work will involve steering full‑cycle implementations for both new and existing clients, coordinating with Customer Success Managers, sales, technical groups and external IT partners. You will conduct pre‑sales technical assessments—evaluating feasibility, scoping work, estimating effort and preparing quotations—while also managing wage‑type mapping, account configuration and testing setups. Building and nurturing technical partnerships with integration providers, you will aim to streamline future rollouts and keep implementation documentation current and precise. The role requires at least five years of client‑facing experience where you have led implementations and translated technical details into business language. Strong project‑management capabilities are essential, as is hands‑on expertise with REST APIs, bearer‑token authentication, JSON Schema and data mapping across JSON, XML and CSV formats. You need an operational grasp of Swiss payroll and time‑tracking systems, commercial acumen for pre‑sale feasibility work, and the ability to collaborate across functions while maintaining rigorous configuration standards. Fluency in German and English is mandatory; Swiss German or French are advantageous.
