Færder kommune is looking for a Case Manager to join their Health Administration team. The municipality is undergoing a transformation, and the health administration is evolving as a result. The role involves handling and processing applications for health and care services for residents. The team works within various legal frameworks, including the Health and Care Services Act, the Public Administration Act, and the Patient and User Rights Act. The Case Manager will handle applications and complaints for health and care services. They will also ensure that necessary information and guidance are provided to service recipients and their families. The role involves collaborating with both internal and external partners, as well as conducting home visits and mapping interviews. The Case Manager will also contribute to developing and implementing effective internal systems and practices within health law. The ideal candidate will have a 3-year bachelor's degree in health, preferably in nursing. Additional qualifications such as further education in health law, experience in case management, and relevant experience in user-oriented work are desirable. Strong digital literacy, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a good understanding of relevant legal frameworks and service provision are also important. The position is a 80% full-time role with daytime and flexible hours.
