Strategic Projects Associate

Additionally, the associate will improve and develop new processes, support the creation of presentations and data visualizations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to introduce innovative solutions. To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a similar field. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience with strategic projects and data analysis at a top consulting company is required. Proficiency in Excel and the Office suite is essential, with knowledge of data visualization software being a plus. Fluency in English is mandatory, and proficiency in German is an advantage. Nice-to-have skills include strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate data insights into actionable plans.
