P2612 - Senior Manager Statistical Programming

Debiopharm, a privately‑owned Swiss biopharmaceutical firm focused on cancer and infectious‑disease therapies, seeks a Senior Manager of Statistical Programming for its Biostatistics and Data Management department in Lausanne. The role provides strategic leadership for statistical and clinical data‑science programming, steering the company’s digitalisation agenda and AI integration to accelerate clinical data handling. The incumbent will supervise a team of programmers and data scientists, plan resources, recruit talent and foster professional growth. Responsibilities include defining the AI roadmap, guaranteeing the quality and timing of all programming outputs such as datasets and tables, figures, and listings for study reports, and guiding CRO partners on technical standards. The manager must also ensure strict compliance with GCP, SOPs and electronic submission regulations while collaborating closely with biostatistics, data management, IT and clinical development groups. Candidates need an MSc in statistics, biostatistics, mathematics, computer science or comparable experience, plus at least seven years of statistical programming in pharmaceutical clinical development.
