Order Entry Clerk (m/f/d) Core Diagnostics

The position focuses on handling client requests and moving them through the company’s standard ordering platform. Each day the clerk will receive purchase requests via phone, fax, email or electronic transmission, verify the details, and enter them into the system. Responsibilities include advising sales staff and buyers on logistical matters, answering queries about pricing, delivery and invoicing, monitoring shipment status, managing back‑order reservations for non‑critical items, and maintaining standing orders for reagents. The role also supports shared services across divisions, ensuring all actions meet the firm’s quality standards. Applicants must have completed an apprenticeship as an office clerk and possess solid familiarity with the company’s instruments and reagents. Proficiency with the AS400 order‑processing environment and strong skills in Microsoft Office are required. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, a customer‑focused attitude, fluency in the local language(s) and a good command of English are essential, as is the capacity to work well within a team.
