The company develops, manufactures, and markets industrial sensors for laser power metering and building insulation assessment, as well as the CALERA® core body temperature measurement solution for wearable devices. This technology supports various applications, from sports performance enhancement to disease detection. The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician ensures smooth daily production operations. This role involves hands-on manufacturing work, routine equipment maintenance, and practical troubleshooting. The technician operates and monitors production equipment, performs maintenance activities according to defined schedules and internal standards, and assists operators with technical or operational issues. The role also includes monitoring equipment performance and safety, supporting production operations, maintaining technical documentation, and contributing to equipment lifecycle activities. To qualify, candidates must have completed vocational training, apprenticeship, technical education, or comparable practical experience in manufacturing, mechanics, mechatronics, automation, electronics, industrial maintenance, or a related field. Previous experience in a production, technical workshop, laboratory, maintenance, or manufacturing environment is beneficial. Nice-to-have skills include a basic understanding of technical and mechanical processes, the ability to follow SOPs and safety requirements, and a structured approach to problem-solving. The role requires high attention to detail, reliability, and a cooperative attitude. The position is based in Rümlang, CH, and offers flexible work hours with no standard shift work or weekend work.
