eCommerce Intern

The eCommerce Intern will join The North Face’s Digital Marketplace Team at VF’s EMEA headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland, supporting a global brand portfolio that includes The North Face, Vans and Timberland. The twelve‑month, full‑time placement offers a salary of 1 850 CHF per month and immerses the intern in the company’s online and marketplace operations. Day‑to‑day tasks span several areas of the digital business. You will help launch seasonal assortments on platforms such as Zalando, JD Sports and ASOS, audit and refine product copy while assisting with translation workflows, and maintain product listing and internal search pages to keep high‑demand items in stock. The role also involves backing digital‑marketing activities through budget tracking and email‑calendar coordination, analysing the checkout journey to spot friction points, and supporting the resale programme by handling product intake, categorisation and stakeholder liaison. The position requires a genuine interest in retail—whether online or brick‑and‑mortar—combined with an analytical, detail‑oriented approach and a consumer‑focused problem‑solving attitude. Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills, especially German or Italian, are considered a strong advantage. Candidates must be slated to graduate after 1 November 2026 or retain student status on 1 February 2027, and hold EU or EEA citizenship. Beyond the core duties, the internship is built as a rotation across the digital function, giving rapid exposure to content management, website merchandising, digital marketing tools and financial processes.
