Assembly - Mako Boats

We are looking for an Assembly Technician to join Mako Boats’ New Bern manufacturing team. You will build and install hull components, wiring, and interior fittings, ensuring every step meets strict quality and safety standards. The role demands at least two years of hands‑on marine or heavy‑equipment assembly experience, skill with power tools and basic welding, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and work orders. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a focus on hitting production targets are essential, while you’ll work on a high‑performance boat brand in a fast‑growing outdoor‑recreation segment. You’ll also gain exposure to advanced manufacturing processes.
