The role of Senior Lead - Project Manager, Retail & Workplace Technology is focused on establishing and implementing global Project Management Office (PMO) standards and operational procedures. To qualify for this role, candidates must have 5+ years of experience in managing a PMO and 8+ years of experience in Technology Project Management. A proven track record in global, cross-functional stakeholder management is essential, along with a good working knowledge of network deployment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, are required. Candidates must also be PMP certified or hold a similar certification. Nice-to-have skills include experience in real estate construction, expansion and space programming, and the retail industry. Familiarity with PCI DSS standards is also beneficial.
