The role also involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, coordinating with internal experts and external partners, and ensuring alignment with technical and governance requirements. Additionally, the manager will oversee the AI Core Team, AI Ambassador network, and knowledge sharing across the company. To qualify for this role, candidates must have relevant experience in AI project or portfolio management, digital transformation, data, analytics, or technology innovation. They should also have hands-on programming experience in developing AI-based solutions and a practical understanding of generative AI and machine learning. Fluency in English and German is required, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience in translating business needs into measurable use cases and coordinating cross-functional initiatives is also essential. Nice-to-have skills include industrial or engineering experience.
