Technical Coordinator

The Technical Coordinator will steer the validation of software and automation solutions for the company’s in‑house coding machines, ensuring that releases meet quality standards and are ready for customer‑specific customisations. The organization develops industrial coding equipment and relies on precise, coordinated software validation to keep its machines operational and competitive. Each day the coordinator plans, tracks and executes validation and release activities, handling risks, technical dependencies and delivery constraints while keeping a transparent overview of progress. The role involves working closely with development, quality assurance, deployment and operations teams to resolve technical issues, guarantee the availability of machines and materials, and manage incidents, problems and change requests from the field. Continuous improvement of validation processes and tools is expected, as is contributing Java code to the solution and providing on‑site support during commissioning, troubleshooting and laboratory work. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical discipline such as software engineering or computer science, and at least two years of experience in an industrial or technical setting with complex systems. Candidates must have hands‑on software development expertise, a solid grasp of both software and industrial engineering concepts, and a proven record of managing timelines, priorities, dependencies and risks in a delivery‑focused environment. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fluency in English, proficiency in French, and the capacity to work both in an office and on location are essential.
