Operations Manager (60-80%)

Archlet is seeking an Operations Manager to support the founders and finance leadership in various operational, financial, and administrative tasks. The company specializes in developing an AI-native sourcing platform that automates sourcing, enhances transparency, and accelerates project completion, ultimately driving cost savings. The Operations Manager will handle a variety of responsibilities, including structuring priorities, preparing materials, and managing follow-ups. They will also support internal communication, leadership updates, and investor coordination. Additionally, the role involves managing accounts payable and receivable processes, supporting the annual budget cycle, and organizing team events and offsites. The manager will also assist with recruiting efforts, people operations, and maintaining the office's day-to-day operations. To excel in this role, candidates must have experience in a fast-paced environment such as a startup, scale-up, or consulting. They should be diligent, structured, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential, as is hands-on experience with LLMs (Claude, OpenAI). The role requires clear, professional communication in both English and German, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. Nice-to-have skills include a proactive and reliable attitude, comfort with shifting priorities, and an analytical mindset focused on process optimization and automation. The role is based in Zürich, with flexible working hours and a requirement to be in the office 2-3 days per week.
