Summer Camp Team Member

Boomerang Club Gstaad GmbH is seeking team members for its summer camp, focusing on outdoor and fantasy programs for children aged 3 to 11 in the Swiss Alps. The role involves leading groups of children in fun and adventurous activities during July and August 2024. The main responsibilities include actively participating in and leading activities, adjusting programs for different age groups, and ensuring the health and well-being of the children. Team members are expected to be strong, positive role models for both the children and other team members. Candidates must be outgoing, high-energy individuals with a passion for working with children. They should have experience in working, teaching, or coaching children, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to different situations. Fluency in English is a must. It is also important to be patient, empathetic, and understanding of cultural differences.
