Country P&O (HR) Business Partner (d/f/m) - Temporary Contract

The Country P&O (HR) Business Partner at Sandoz is a temporary role focused on providing expert guidance and support in human resources and organizational development. The role also involves managing organizational changes, ensuring compliance with local laws, and supporting the alignment of local regulations with global policies. Additionally, the position requires leading transformations, managing internal movements, and collaborating with various stakeholders to drive continuous improvement. To qualify, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an international setting. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German is desirable. Strong project management skills, experience with large teams, and the ability to work across different HR areas are essential. Candidates should also have a solid understanding of employee lifecycle management, performance management, and the ability to leverage data for decision-making. Nice-to-have skills include experience in change implementation, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.
