Lecturer for the Module «Sports Management» 10 ECTS (18%)

UniDistance Suisse, a fully online university accredited under the Swiss Higher Education Act, seeks a Lecturer for the 10‑ECTS "Sports Management" module (18 % workload) to start on 1 February 2027. The university combines flexible, location‑independent part‑time distance learning with an interdisciplinary research culture across five faculties and serves more than 2,700 students. The lecturer will be responsible for delivering the Sports Management module each spring semester (February, July). Core tasks include designing and presenting online lectures and exercise sessions, creating digital learning materials for the teaching platform, and providing ongoing support to students together with a teaching assistant. The role also involves continuously refining the module's content and learning experience and supervising bachelor theses related to the subject area, for which separate remuneration is offered. Applicants must have proven experience teaching at university level in the relevant discipline, hold a habilitation or an equivalent qualification, and be actively engaged in research within the field. Proficiency with digital teaching tools is required, as is a very good command of English, which is the language of instruction. These qualifications ensure the ability to develop high‑quality online content and to interact effectively with students in a remote environment.
