Cross-Product Platform Owner

Crypto Finance Group, a subsidiary of Deutsche Börse Group, delivers professional digital‑asset services to institutional clients across Europe. The firm operates through Crypto Finance AG in Switzerland and Crypto Finance (Deutschland) GmbH in Germany, both regulated and recently granted a MiCAR licence for the EU market. As a Cross‑Product Platform Owner you will steward the shared platform that underpins trading, custody and wallet solutions, ensuring it remains reliable and fit for future growth. In this role you will shape the platform’s strategy and integration roadmap, continuously refining workflows that link multiple products and services. You will work hand‑in‑hand with product managers to align capabilities with business needs, support clients and partners as they connect via APIs, and translate their feedback into concrete enhancements. Collaboration with engineering will prioritize and deliver upgrades, while you provide guidance on API usage, oversee level‑2 incident response, and act as the release manager for new platform versions. Additionally, you will identify ways to streamline accounting‑related data flows and support operations with efficient task designs. The position requires a minimum of five years’ experience in a product‑owner, platform‑owner, business‑analyst or solution‑consultant capacity, a deep grasp of APIs and system integration, and a proven track record of assisting customers with technical onboarding. You must be able to convert business requirements into technical specifications, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Desirable experience includes knowledge of accounting principles, ERP or financial processes, Agile development, workflow automation, and familiarity with swift‑based payments.
