Senior Manager, Global Treasury Architecture, Systems & Processes

VF Corporation is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Treasury Architecture, Systems & Processes to join its Treasury organisation in Stabio, Switzerland. Reporting to the Director of Treasury EMEA, the role will steer the worldwide functional roadmap, deployment, optimisation and governance of every treasury‑related system and the processes that surround them, turning strategic goals into scalable, controlled solutions. On a daily basis the incumbent will act as the main liaison between Global Treasury, Digital Technology, Controllership, Tax, internal‑control teams, banking partners and external vendors. Core duties include maintaining the global treasury‑technology roadmap, prioritising initiatives, owning the Kyriba platform and its enhancement backlog, defining design principles and governance standards, and overseeing system lifecycle activities such as architecture, integration, access control and incident handling. The manager will also drive global roll‑outs, coordinate configuration, data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT, regression) and hand‑over, and ensure that every implementation is auditable and does not disrupt cash‑management processes. The position requires a solid background in treasury technology and process improvement. Candidates must have at least eight years of relevant experience, proven expertise with Kyriba or comparable treasury applications, and a deep understanding of treasury‑system design, automation and control frameworks. Strong leadership and project‑management capabilities are essential, as is experience working with digital‑technology teams on integrations and change‑management. Familiarity with global design principles, governance models, segregation‑of‑duties, Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance and information‑security standards is also mandatory.
